Getting up early for those dreaded 8 AM classes

Classes are officially in full force. Sorry, Terriers, but those summer days of sleeping in are behind you. Time to hit the books.

There are people everywhere all the time

Are you constantly in fake disbelief every time you go somewhere on campus and see how crowded it is and whisper to yourself, “I don’t remember all these students going here? Since when?” Yes, I do it too.

Target will be wiped out by the first-year students

Did you tell yourself that you would wait until you arrived in Boston to buy things? Nice try, Jan! Have fun waiting a week just to buy pillows. 🙃

Hanging out with old friends gets expensive, fast!

Walking down Comm Ave, you will likely see that friend you haven’t seen since your first year. You both probably make plans to go to dinner. Thus begins yet another endless cycle of spending.

Pro tip: Head to one of our dining halls and bum a swipe from a friend

Remembering how to dress when Boston will be both warm and cold on the same day.

Just wear shorts, a tank, boots, and a winter jacket, right? Yup, that’ll work.

Welcome back, Terriers! Good luck with the rest of the semester.
