As students, staff, and faculty return to campus, BU’s COVID-19 collection centers are up and running 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, at four locations across the Charles River Campus (there is a fifth collection center, on the Medical Campus). Regular testing has been deemed essential in resuming on-campus teaching and learning.

So how does the collection and testing procedure work? This video walks you through each step, from scheduling a collection for testing to where to go and how to collect the sample for testing to how to get your results.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Took my test yesterday – easy and fast, but still waiting for my results 30 hours later. Yesterday data is already on the BU dashboard, the average results time is under 24 hours, but no one contacted me with my results. This makes no sense!
