Everyfour years, the Democratic and Republican faithful gather to nominatetheir presidential tickets over several days of speeches, placards, buttons, and funny hats. We asked Linda Killian (CAS’80, COM’80), professor of journalism and director of Boston University’s Washington Center, and Graham Wilson, a College of Arts and Sciences professor of political science, to give us their take on this year’s political theater. Killian, who attended both conventions, speaksfrom St. Paul, Minn., the site of the Republican National Convention.
