What convinced you to come to BU?

I participated in the Boston University High School Honors Program last summer and loved the school and the city.

What makes you feel most excited about coming to college?

Meeting new friends and reuniting with old ones from last summer. Also,
decorating my dorm room will be fun!

What makes you feel most nervous about coming to college?

Surviving the city after living in the suburbs all my life.

What kinds of activities do you want to become involved in?

Either the newspaper or the literary magazine (or possibly both) and lacrosse (but not on the team — just for fun).

What is one of the goals of your first year at BU?

Transitioning from a small private-school environment to big-city life.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I’m proud of learning French, even though it will still be awhile until I can speak it fluently.

What will be your first stop when you start exploring Boston?

The Union Oyster House, for the best clam chowder ever!

How are you spending your summer vacation?
Going to the Keys with my friends, working at a preschool day camp during June and July, and spending August relaxing and packing for BU.
