Hello My Name Is

Name: Dmitry Krasnopolsky
From: Wilmington, Delaware
School: College of Arts and Sciences
Major: Premedicine (Undecided)

What convinced you to go to BU?

The city of Boston is like no other: democratic, fast-paced, and a great social atmosphere.

What are you most excited about coming to college?

Other than the BU hockey games, I’m excited about being in an environment with such a large student presence.

What are you most nervous about coming to college?

Not having $1.25 for a T token at West campus to get to a class at CAS in the middle of the Boston winter.

What kinds of activities do you want to become involved in?

Broomball all the way, karate, tennis, taking the BU Dawg Pound with me to BC.

What is one of the goals of your first year at BU?

Getting into a rhythm of college and meeting a great group of people.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Head coaching the Junior Olympic Karate Team of Delaware.

What will be your first stop when you start exploring the city of Boston?

I will turn right out of Warren Towers, walk about five minutes and see one of the greatest ballparks of America — Fenway Park.

How are you spending your summer vacation?

Hanging out with my buds, taking some beach trips, basically living the good life.
