CJP honors Leonard Gottlieb
Boston's Combined Jewish Philanthropies awarded MED's Leonard Gottlieb for leadership.

Professor of pathology and laboratory medicine Leonard Gottlieb recently received an award for “outstanding leadership in the medical and Jewish community.” Combined Jewish Philanthropies, an organization dedicated to the “growth of the Boston Jewish community,” presented the award at an annual breakfast for over 400 health professionals.
Gottlieb, who is also the chairman of the department of pathology and laboratory medicine, is currently the Director of Hillel Activities on the University’s medical campus. He is the author of more than 180 publications that focus on human diseases of the liver and gastrointestinal tract.
