Apollo Sunshine — named one of the top five Things to Change the Face of Boston Arts and Entertainment by the Boston Herald in 2004 — will play BU Central on Friday, October 20. Since releasing their debut album, Katonah, in 2003, Apollo Sunshine has played more than 300 shows, bringing their unique blend of rock, punk, pop, and noise to cities across the United States. Doors open at 8:30 p.m., and the show begins at 9 p.m.
