Elizabeth Crocker (GRS '17)

Dr. Liz Crocker

Liz joined the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in Washington D.C. in 2017 as part of their Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Religion program. In 2019, she began a new position within AAAS at the Center for Public Engagement with Science and Technology. She runs workshops training scientists to consider language, culture and worldviews when communicating about their research. She also helps run the AAAS If/Then Ambassadors Program which seeks to encourage women in STEM and manages an award for public engagement with science.
