Attendance
Students should be aware that attendance is a critical part of Questrom education and that absences may adversely affect a student’s grade. Planned absences include classes missed for personal reasons such as job interviews and personal commitments (e.g., travel, attending a funeral) and unplanned absences for illness and family emergencies. For all absences, it is the student’s responsibility to inform the faculty of this absence as soon as it is known. Students should also consult their course syllabi or contact individual faculty to understand the specific policies regarding missed classes that apply to the specific course.
