Special Topic: In today's diverse workplace, it is critical for organizations to incorporate diversity and inclusion (D&I) into their communication strategies - to both internal and external stakeholders. Organizations having a D&I program is not enough to foster inclusive workplaces, customers, or reputations. Students will learn how to effectively communicate D&I in the modern workplace, along with and creating impactful external (integrated) communication strategies. Key concepts will include: * Communicating the value of diversity * Inclusive messaging * Leading conversations with stakeholders * Talk, but also listen * Accountability.
