This cocurricular prepares Core Peer Tutors in Writing (CPTWs) by introducing foundational strategies for facilitating one-on-one writing consultations for assignments given by CAS CC 101 faculty. Students explore best practices in tutoring and developing inclusive strategies for supporting other students with writing assignments in CAS CC 101. To be eligible, students must have at least sophomore standing and have completed CAS CC 101 and CAS CC 102. Effective Fall 2026, this course fulfills a single requirement in the following BU Hub area: The Individual in Community.
