Sample Event Formats
Main Meeting Space: Ladd Room
Catering and Networking in the 2nd floor Atrium & Study Lounge, adjacent to the Ladd Room. Three breakout rooms seating up to 48. Additional smaller breakout rooms available. This format is ideal for 50-170 attendees.
Main Meeting Space: Hewitt Board Room
The Board Room can be used on it’s own or in-conjunction with the Living Room and/or nearby smaller breakout rooms. This format is great for 20-50 attendees.
