Payment for IS&T web development services is now conducted solely through Internal Service Requests (ISRs) within the BUworks system.

To make a payment in BUworks:

1. Log into BUworks
2. Click the Procurement tab
3. Select ISR
4. Create an ISR
5. From the list of providers choose IS&T – Web Development & Services
6. Enter your Cost Object
7. Enter the Net Price
8. Submit the ISR

Respond to your service request ticket in Service Now stating the payment has been made. Please indicate the BUworks Request Number (ISR Number) when replying to your ticket.
