Candlelight Vigil For Black Lives
The School of Theology Spiritual Life Office and the Students of Color Association held a candlelight vigil at Marsh Plaza October 30 in honor of Atatiana Jefferson of Fort Worth, Tex., and Bennie Branch of Washington state, the most recent unarmed black people killed by police. Chasity Jones (STH’21), president of the Students of Color Association, here with STH Dean Mary Elizabeth Moore (next to lectern), was one of the vigil’s speakers.
