Campus Planning & Operations at Boston University is supported by a suite of software applications that help track and maintain facilities related project and maintenance work.  The service exists to support the sustainment and enhancement of these and related applications. The suite of applications supported by the service currently includes the CAMMS (Computer Aided Maintenance Management System) web applications and the FM Interact space management application, each respectively represented as service components named “Facilities CAMMS” and “Facilities Space Planning.”

  • Facilities & Construction Project Management provides a central source for administration of building and maintenance projects across the entire organization. Projects range from simple and routine such as painting/carpeting to major and complex such as entire building renovations or brand new construction. The service is provided using PMweb, a construction and maintenance project management software application that will serve as a centralized platform and originating system for facilities and maintenance project initiatives.
