We provide the Boston University community with a variety of AV/IT equipment to meet instructional and presentation needs. We help you use University AV/IT equipment installed in classrooms. We offer:
- Trained support staff with expertise in AV/IT equipment
- Equipment installed in many classrooms
- Portable AV/IT equipment when no installed equipment is available
Requests must be submitted in writing, at least four business days in advance. Requests must be submitted by faculty members, teaching fellows, or appropriate department administrators.
You can:
- Search for equipment by building/classroom or by technology
(Office of University Registrar (OUR) controlled) - Request equipment when it is not installed in the classroom
- Request equipment repair
