  • Standard Support Packages

    These are baseline packages for all in-person events (with a live audience). The list of equipment for each package is listed below the package type. If you are planning an in-person only event, simply select the appropriate package from the menu of Standard Support Packages. If you are planning a hybrid event, select the appropriate Standard Support Package for your event, and then add the appropriate package from the Live Streaming & Web Conference menu.

    Note: If you require assistance in a self-service space, a $75 kickoff fee will apply.

    Standard Packages

    Self-Service Use – Installed Projection & Audio Package - No Cost

    This package covers the following installed equipment available for self-service use using all built in equipment.
    • Built-In Sound
      • Speakers
      • Podium Microphone (if there is one in room)
    • Built-In Video Projection
    • Built-In Screen
    • Optional technician kick off Support - if needed ($75)
    • Note: Due to the complexity of certain Self-Service venues, they require a specialist to set up/shut down the system ($150)

    Portable Audio Support Package - $200

    Great for small to medium indoor/outdoor gatherings that require audio amplification. A la cart visual display options are available as add on options to meet your visual display needs.
    • Set up/Break down
    • (1) Portable Speaker
    • (1) Microphone
      • Wireless Handheld or Lapel
    • Computer Audio (Aux connection)
    • Built-In Screen/Projection in applicable rooms. (A la cart display options may be available if there isn’t any in the space, or if you desire another display option)

    Intermediate Support Package - $350

    Great for medium to large indoor/outdoor meetings / gatherings / panel discussions that require audio amplification. A la cart visual display options are available as add on options to meet your visual display needs.
    • Set up/Break down
    • Built-In room speakers / (2) Portable Speakers
    • Up to (4) Microphones as needed/supported
      • Wired or wireless Handheld / Lapel
    • Computer Audio (Aux connection)
    • Audio Mixing Console
    • Built-In Screen/Projection in applicable rooms. (A la cart display options are available if there isn’t any in the space, or if you desire another display option)

    Advanced Support Package - $750

    Great for large indoor/outdoor meetings / gatherings / panel discussions. A la cart visual display options are available as add on options to meet your visual display needs.
    • Set up/Break down
    • Built-In room speakers -or- up to (4) Portable Speakers as needed
      • Up to (8) Microphones as needed/supported
    • Wired or wireless Handheld / Lapel
    • Computer Audio (Aux connection)
    • Audio Mixing Console
    • (1) Production Laptop for presentation
    • Built-In Screen/Projection in applicable rooms. (A la cart display options are available if there isn’t any in the space, or if you desire another display option)

  • Video and Audio Recording Packages

    Select from this menu if you would like a single camera / audio recording of your event. These packages can stand alone or they can be added on to one of the Standard Support Packages.

    Note - LETS does not provide post production video / audio editing services. We will provide the client with the raw unedited video / audio file up to 3 business days after the event.

    Note - If you prefer a high quality broadcast level video recording, please contact BU Productions and we will partner with them to get you the product that you envision.

    Video Recording Package - $200

    Great for having your event/meeting video recorded

    Audio Only Recording Package - $200

    Great for having the audio of your event/meeting recorded
    • HD Audio Recorder
    • (1) Microphone
      • Wireless Handheld or Lapel

  • Live Streaming & Web Conference Packages

    This menu of packages can be used as stand alone packages or as an add on if you are planning a hybrid event. Select the appropriate Standard Support Package for your event, and then add the appropriate package from the Live Streaming & Web Conference menu.

    Live Streaming & Web Conference Packages

    Live Stream Package - $500

    Great for broadcasting out to an unlimited capacity web based audience. There is no web based audience interaction/engagement with this package. See the following packages for online audience interaction/engagement.

    Meeting / Webinar Web Conference Package (using LETS License) - $500

    Great for broadcasting out to a web based audience using Zoom or any IS&T approved platform. This package allows for full engagement between in-person guests and remote guests.
    • LETS Webinar 1000 Capacity License or LETS Meeting 500 Capacity License - based on availability
    • Production Laptop (for tech)
    • HD Camera
    • Web Presenter Interface
    • (1) Microphone
    • Includes Set up & Testing
    • NOTE: We require at least one person from the client team to work with LETS leading up to and on the day of the event to fill any needed virtual meeting roles/responsibilities (eg: Chat moderator / Waiting Room Manager/ etc)

    Meeting / Webinar Web Conference Package (using client License) - $350

    Great for broadcasting out to a web based audience using Zoom or any IS&T approved platform. This package allows for full engagement between in-person guests and remote guests.
    • Client will need to give the assigned LETS specialist alternative hosting privileges
    • Production Laptop (for tech)
    • HD Camera
    • Web Presenter Interface
    • (1) Microphone
    • Includes Set up & Testing
    • NOTE: We require at least one person from the client team to work with LETS leading up to and on the day of the event to fill any needed virtual meeting roles/responsibilities (eg: Chat moderator / Waiting Room Manager/ etc)

    Zoom Virtual Remote Support Package (using LETS License) - $400

    Great if you need remote tech support for your Zoom event/meeting. This can be used as a stand alone package or can be added on to a Standard Support Package.
    • LETS Webinar 1000 Capacity License or LETS Meeting 500 Capacity License - based on availability
    • Production Laptop (for tech)
    • Includes Setup, Verification & Testing with the client
    • Includes (1) 1 hour practice session prior to the event
    • NOTE: We require at least one person from the client team to work with LETS leading up to and on the day of the event to fill any needed virtual meeting roles/responsibilities (eg: Chat moderator / Waiting Room Manager/ etc)

    Zoom Virtual Remote Support Package (using client License) - $200

    Great if you need remote tech support for your Zoom event/meeting using a client provided Zoom license. This can be used as a stand alone package or can be added on to a Standard Support Package
    • Client will need to give the assigned LETS specialist alternative hosting privileges
    • Zoom Production Laptop (for tech)
    • Includes Setup, Verification & Testing with the client
    • Includes (1) 1 hour practice session prior to the event

    Great for a conference call boardroom style meeting (up to 12 people)

    Audio Web Conference Package - $450

    Great for a conference call boardroom style meeting (up to 25 people)
