Why I became an RSL: Awareness of the importance of sustainability for protecting the Earth and its inhabitants is becoming increasingly critical. The RSL position is an incredible opportunity to promote student engagement in BU’s sustainability initiatives while allowing like-minded students to help foster a culture that embraces sustainability practices. For these reasons, I wanted to be a part of the RSL community and help enable/empower students on campus to practice sustainable living! 

During my first year as an RSL, I want to create meaningful connections with the sustainability community on campus, engage my living community in sustainability practices, and provide them with educational resources. I would also like to work with student-led organizations on campus to host events that will give visibility to sustainability issues and encourage campus-wide participation.
