BU hosted a reception recently to welcome Dean Barbara Jones to the BU community and beyond. One of the nation’s top scholars in psychosocial oncology and palliative care, Dr. Barbara Jones joined BUSSW on August 1 after nearly twenty years as a leading faculty member, associate dean, department chair, and institute director at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin.
