11/29: BUSSW Students & Faculty Respond to Midterm Elections at Virtual Event

The Macro Practice Department at Boston University School of Social Work (BUSSW) will host a virtual event to discuss the midterm election results and their implications for social workers. All Boston University students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.

The event, titled “Following Midterm Elections: Social Work, Civic Engagement, and Continuing the Dialogue,” features a panel discussion with BUSSW students and faculty, including Geoff Wilkinson, clinical associate professor and director of the Leadership Core at the Center for Innovation in Social Work & Health; doctoral candidate Greer Hamilton; and MSW alum Nihaarika Sharma (SSW’22).
