Boston Experimental Theatre – The Last Dream
This past summer, B.E.T. in a collaboration with The Massachusetts TPS Committee, organized theatre workshops to bring together some of the children of TPS parents. Here, we were able to hear their stories and create a play together using a devise drama. What we are working with so far in these workshops are our stories, our bodies, our imaginations, our fear and anxiety, and the dream that these children will celebrate their next birthdays with their parents here, in the country they call home. What we need now the most is YOUR support and presence to show the children and the community of TPS that they are not alone. Please help us spread the word by sharing this event and letting your friends know about this. Loosing a parent is never easy, imagine being just a teenager, and our parents are going to be taken away by no fault of their own.
