The Honorable Karin Wilinski sits as an Associate Justice of the Juvenile Court in Middlesex County (Framingham). Prior to her appointment, she ran a solo practice that focused extensively in the Juvenile and Probate & Family Courts for thirty years, frequently representing parents and children on child welfare cases, conducting investigations, and serving as a guardian ad litem. Her varied civil experience included handling estate planning, probate matters, adoptions, real estate closings, and condo conversions. She holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
