Spatial Biology Seminar: Spatial Core Launch and 10x Visium Promotion

We are excited to announce the launch of the BU Spatial Transcriptomics Core, a new resource dedicated to advancing spatially resolved biology. Leveraging 10x Genomics’ Visium Spatial platform, including the next-generation Visium HD for single-cell–scale resolution, the Core enables comprehensive transcriptome profiling directly in tissue sections. By integrating spatial data with single-cell sequencing, researchers can uncover new dimensions of gene expression, refine hypotheses and accelerate discovery.

Join Sarah Mazzilli, PhD, assistant professor of medicine, Jeff Bylund, PhD, senior spatial science and technology advisor at 10x Genomics, and Shoni Droz, PhD, staff field application scientist at 10x Genomics, to celebrate this Core launch and explore how spatial transcriptomics can transform your research—bringing biology into focus with unprecedented resolution and scale.
