What We Do
- Provide a wide range of services and support during the entrepreneurial journey for BU innovators, including faculty members , graduate students, and post-doctoral fellows. We can help you assess the commercial potential of your idea, and will work with you to determine the best path forward for your venture.
- Connect you with external accelerator and incubator programs. We can help you find a program or location with a good fit for your technology/product/service offering and company stage.
- Work with external entrepreneurs, business advisors, service providers, and potential investors to access additional resources and support for planning and launching BU startups.
- Bring in experts from the surrounding ecosystem to give seminars and lead discussion on current trends in industry and topics relevant to entrepreneurship.
- Manage the Ignition Award Program that provides funding and advisory services to faculty-led teams that are converting an idea/technology to a potential product/service opportunity.
