Adapting the Cognitive Health Assessment for Patients with Serious Mental Illness or Substance Use Disorder

Hosted by Dementia Care Aware, this webinar educates providers on how to adapt the Cognitive Health Assessment (CHA) process for older adults with psychiatric disabilities and/or substance use disorders. After walking through steps of conducting a CHA with older adults, facilitators address ways to screen for co-occurring psychiatric disabilities and cognitive challenges.
