Thinking Skills for Work (TSW), an enhancement of vocational rehabilitation, aims to improve the cognitive abilities of people with psychiatric disabilities to support their employment goals. This webinar from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is an introduction to TSW programming for cognitive specialists supporting those with psychiatric disabilities who have not found success through traditional Individual Placement and Support, as the Center's Dr. Susan McGurk outlines the components of this cognitive remediation program and shares findings associated with work outcomes.
