Ph.D. Candidate
Scott entered the Ph.D. program in the Fall of 2022. His research interests include East Asian international relations with a focus on Japanese foreign and national security policy. He previously received a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2021, with a concentration in Asian politics and security. Prior to that he earned an MBA in international business and finance at the University of Chicago and held executive positions in the U.S. and Japan in the field of investment management.
