Alex joined the Department of Political Science for the 2024-25 academic year, after previously teaching English in La Flèche, France and working in BU’s Department of Romance Studies. He graduated with a B.A. in History and French Studies from BU in 2022.
Alex is the primary point of contact for all current and prospective Political Science PhD students.
Outside of BU, Alex enjoys skiing, rock climbing, hiking, baking, and the Coolidge Corner Theatre. He aspires to hike the Appalachian Trail, attend the Hay Festival, and really learn how to line dance.
