Giovanna earned their BS in English Education in 2015 and their M.Ed in Language and Literacy in 2021, both from BU. Prior to academic advising, Giovanna taught ESL and English at the high school level. As an Undergraduate Academic Advisor, Giovanna advises students on course selection, registration, academics, and fostering community on campus.
Outside of work, Giovanna enjoys traveling with friends, going to concerts, and taking on too many craft projects at once.
