Prof Longman Writes NY Times Op-Ed

Tim Longman, Associate Professor of Political Science and Director of the African Studies Center published an Op-Ed in the New York Times on June 29th. Longman, an expert in African politics highlights the ways that Rwanda’s seemingly progressive and well regarded post-genocide government suppresses political dissent.
