Who Should Apply?
We welcome applicants from a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds. To ensure adequate preparation for this program, we require the following:
- Undergraduate major in Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Mathematics (3.0+ GPA recommended)
In addition to a related undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, successful students typically have:
- Strong mathematical and analytical background, including experience with linear algebra and multivariable calculus
- Exposure to modern physics, physical chemistry, or computational tools, and/or programming experience
