Graduate Student Dept. Seminar: Studies of Higgs Boson Pair Production

  • Starts: 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20, 2024
  • Ends: 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20, 2024
The discovery of the Higgs Boson filled out the last predicted particle of the Standard Model. While the model itself is now complete there are still open questions about it. One of the primary ones is how the Higgs interacts with itself. By leveraging the clean diphoton channel, we are able to study the interactions from the ttHH production mode, an untapped line of analysis. We also present work that will increase the sensitivity of the measurements with an upgraded detector
