Hannah Salmon is an Instructional Designer at Boston University. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Linguistics from Ball State University and a Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado. After a decade of serving schools as an instructor and Educational Technology Coach, Hannah has taken her experience into instructional design.

Hannah’s time before BU includes teaching English in Nagano, Japan and teaching 5th and 6th grades in Colorado and Nebraska. Her accomplishments include assisting in the creation of an online virtual school in response to the COVID-19 pandemic for K-8 students and serving as an EdTech coach. Here she coached and instructed teachers, faculty, and staff to use technology in virtual and in person settings. Hannah enjoys taking on new challenges and is always looking for ways to improve materials for students. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing video games, and finding new foods and restaurants to try.
