Roadshows
Bringing clarity on Chart Your Career to your team meeting.
Roadshows are informational sessions led by Chart Your Career representatives during your team or unit meetings. We will come to you! The Chart Your Career Roadshows provide clear, consistent information about the new performance process, answer your questions, and help staff recognize their role in the process, while sharing key resources and opportunities for ongoing learning. To request a roadshow, please submit an intake form and a member of our team will reach out.
How Roadshows Can Help
- Gain insight into the Chart Your Career process.
- Learn what Chart Your Career means for you – your role and expectations, as well as possible developmental pathways – in the context of your team/unit.
- Ask questions in live Q&A so that you can better navigate and apply the new performance process.
- Get clear on where to go for additional resources and learning opportunities.
Preparing for Roadshows
To ensure Roadshows are productive and tailored to your team, we work in partnership with a Point of Contact (POC).
The POC responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary liaison by answering three brief questions to learn about your team’s unique context and needs so that we can prepare an impactful session.
- Coordinate all logistics and sharing the Chart Your Career resources with the unit in advance. This includes Chart Your Career HR Page, Annual performance review instructional video, Upload performance evaluation instructions , FAQs document, Chart Your Career Guide and the Chart Your Career Learning Series.
- Collect questions in advance. This enables us to use our time wisely and address the team’s most relevant concerns during the Roadshow.
