Join us for a one-hour session to help you describe, identify, and integrate Chart Your Career’s Pathways for Development into your daily practice. You will gain clear language to describe where you are and where you want to go, plan development actions based on your needs and context, and learn how partner with your manager to take an active role in your development. These sessions are open to all managers, staff, and administrators.
