Noel Reyes
Lecturer
One of my heroes, bell hooks, once referred to the classroom as “the most radical space of possibility in the academy.” I’ve spent my career as a teacher chasing that possibility, trying to find ways to create powerful learning communities that enrich and empower. But that only means something if everyone is included and able to reach their full potential, and that’s why I’m here. Getting to know students is what I love most about this work, so I’d be happy to chat about everything from studying, managing time, how to leverage breaks in between semesters, to what it means to decolonize the university and how institutions of learning can be accountable to communities. Please reach out anytime.
