I was a first-gen and feel so grateful to now be able to help students who share the same first-gen identity. There was a lot of information I wish I had known before starting college and graduate school. I hope to help support first-gen students with their academic journey here at BU.

- Personal Facts/ Hobbies/ Interests: I’m originally from Southern California and actually moved to the East Coast because I wanted to live where there was snow (and didn’t involve having to travel to a mountain to experience snow). My career has been entirely in higher education and I’ve enjoyed helping students grow personally and professionally. Outside of work, I immerse myself in puppetry courses. One day I hope to perform a children’s puppet show that I produce.
