I became a Terrier F1RSTS Advocate to better connect with students from all backgrounds here at BU. Whether you are seeking advice about what’s next after BU or just need someone to listen to something that is going on in your life, my job is to be available to walk with and help guide students through all of their high and low experiences. As a first-generation graduate student myself who had to navigate a variety of questions and challenges related to finances, job decisions, and understandings of self-worth, I want to offer the same helping voice that I received throughout my higher education experience in both undergrad and graduate school.
