Feeling frazzled? Be sure to stop by the Newbury Center Fridays between 1:00-3:00pm for Terrier F1RSTS Tranquility! Take a break at our sensory station, unwind with an art project, or play a game of Giant Uno with your fellow first-gen students! Bean will be here this week from 1:30-2 pm. From 2:30-3:00pm, we will be offering a guided meditation session led by Fuel-Up Friday coach (and first-gen grad) Alyssa Ciniglio. Drop in to chill out in community!
