MyPrint Changes

January 18th, 2017

in African Studies Library, Astronomy Library, Frederick S. Pardee Management Library, Mugar Memorial Library, Music Library, Pickering Educational Resources Library, Science and Engineering Library, Stone Science Library

All printers on the IS&T MyPrint network, including those at Mugar Library, were updated over intersession. Printers in Mugar are now located on the first, second, and third floors and also in the basement. With this change the MyPrint Center on the first floor of Mugar is now closed.

Additional MyPrint network printers are also located on both floors of the Pardee Management Library, in the Pickering Educational Resources Library, and in the Science & Engineering Library.  A complete list of the MyPrint printer locations on campus is available here.

To print, simply walk up to any one of the printers and swipe your Terrier Card, or login using your BU username and Kerberos password. Any print jobs that you have sent to MyPrint will appear and you may make your print selections on the screen.

Current information about MyPrint may be found on the IS&T MyPrint page. Please keep in mind that you will need to update MyPrint on your laptop if it was configured in the past. If you need assistance with updates or printing, please consult the IT Help Center on the first floor of Mugar or go to IS&T’s Contact Us page.

A nifty new feature of the MyPrint upgrade is the ability to print from a web browser, which eliminates the need to configure your laptop. See MyPrint Web Upload for guided steps. This feature should enable you to print in most situations.
