Adam Baird was born in London and is a masculinities expert specializing in armed violence, gangs and crime, with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. He currently works at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research and is based in Guatemala.

Moderated by Ana Villarreal, Assistant Professor of Sociology, Boston University.
