Gallagher Publishes Op-Ed on China’s Green Energy Leadership

Kevin Gallagher, Professor of Global Development Policy at the Frederick S. Pardee of Global Studies at Boston University, published a recent Op-Ed on the upcoming meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank as well as China’s emerging leadership on green energy.

Gallagher’s Op-Ed, entitled “As the US Retreats, China Is Taking the Lead on Green Energy,” was published in The Globalist on April 19, 2017.
