Gallagher in CNN Español: China’s Challenges in Latin America

Kevin Gallagher, Professor of Global Development Policy at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, said while China underestimated the challenges it would face in investing in Latin American economies, the country continues to commit to the region.

Gallagher was quoted in a Feb. 18 article on CNN Español entitled “China Against the United States: The Fight For Investing in Latin America.”
