Gallagher in CNN Money: China’s Venezuela Investment

Kevin Gallagher, Professor of Global Development Policy at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, said after a $65 billion loan to Venezuela, China is now in danger of overexposing themselves as falling oil prices have hampered the Venezuelan economy.

Gallagher was quoted in a February 16 article on CNN Money entitled, “China’s Big Bet on Latin America is Going Bust.”
