Education
BA, College of Arts & Sciences, Psychology (’24)

Julia (she/her) is a senior in the College of Arts & Sciences pursuing a BA in Psychology. She is passionate about combining interdisciplinary research, management, and communications approaches to combat city inequality.

Most recently, she was the Engagement Intern at Brookings Metro, where she collaborated with fellows to organize multiple in-person and virtual events to benefit city leaders across the country. She helped coordinate one of the largest summits with the Kresge Foundation since the initiative’s conception.

On campus, she values the importance of open discussion with different perspectives and ideas. As the Publisher of the largest student-run magazine on campus, The Buzz, she coordinates the printing and distributing over 300 print magazines to students each semester, heads the event planning team, and manages all finances. She is a Marsh Fellow at the campus chapel, participating in weekly cohort discussions on religion and spirituality in conjunction with a final project. Currently, she also helps manage EnterCambio, a student-led social media platform that facilitates language and cultural exchange between college students and Spanish-speaking migrants.
