Through self-made content, like vlogs and other videos, he gained over 100,000 followers and accumulated over 5 million views on his Bilibili channel, a Chinese version of YouTube. Inspired by the idea that creativity fuels fortune, he dedicated himself to creating high-quality, meaningful videos to further enhance his brand. Hao’s content-creation experience gave him a first taste of entrepreneurial success and grounded me in the digital content practice.

Hao also enjoys urban exploration, from discovering the hidden stories of cities to exploring the natural beauty of their outskirts. With a deep-rooted passion for human geography, he is intrigued by how history, culture, climate, and urban planning combine to shape a city’s distinctive character and functionality. He is excited to discover the hidden stories of a city, which will allow him to build a unique connection between the past and the present.

As a Multimedia Assistant at the IOC, Hao looks forward to using his video production skills to help strengthen the impact of the IOC on the city of Boston. By creating diverse and engaging video content on social media, he aims to enhance Boston University’s social media presence and deepen connections within the Boston community.
