Caitlin Lee

Student Communications Assistant

Caitlin (she/her) grew up in Saratoga, California, and is a first-year student in the College of Arts & Sciences. As an undeclared major, she is exploring different fields and disciplines but ultimately hopes to channel her passions for design, analytics, and entrepreneurship.

From designing magazine spreads to making jewelry for her small business, she has always been drawn to art and creation. She enjoys practicing her design skills to tell stories, connect with audiences, and drive innovative campaigns, and is excited to bridge students and community members in the surrounding area to urban initiatives through her work. She hopes to help educate others about the IOC’s research and to learn more about how urban infrastructure, especially transportation and green spaces, can be used to improve the lives of individuals living both within and outside cities.

In her free time, she loves to experiment in the kitchen and create layered cakes, curate themed boards on Pinterest, try out new restaurants and matcha spots with her family and friends, and play with her two bunnies.
