Prof. Kendi Named One of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People

Ibram X. Kendi, Andrew W. Mellon Professor in the Humanities, Director of the Center for Antiracist Research, and Professor of History, was named one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world. As Al Sharpton writes in his profile of Kendi for the 2020 Time100 list, “He provides concrete and actionable steps and recommendations that we can all take to wipe out the vestiges of racism and bigotry and strive to be—to use the term Kendi popularized in 2019—antiracist.”
