Weiwei Lin, PhD

Weiwei Lin is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology, Physiology & Biophysics and the Associate Director of the Proteomics Service Center. Her research is on systems biology, and her current projects focus on mapping protein-protein, protein-metabolite/lipid interactions, and phosphoproteome linked to Alzheimer’s disease progression and other neurodegenerative diseases; high-resolution LC-MS-based integrative metabolomic, lipidomic, and proteomic platform development and application; and discovering disease-associated native protein complexes using mass spectrometry.
