Liam Kelley is a Postdoctoral associate in the bioinformatics program and a member of the Segrè Lab. Liam joined the Segrè Lab in February 2025 as a postdoctoral associate to work on developing techniques to study human tumor metabolism using FBA and COMETS. In his graduate work at Harvard Medical School, he utilized a mix of computational and wet-lab approaches to study metabolic adaptations to cellular stress in cancer, and developed the computational tool SQUID to identify mitochondrial stress signatures using RNAseq or metabolomics.
